We’ve always seen gut health as something that underpins how we feel, digest, and think, rather than a trend. Aperitivo, by tradition, is about opening. Not just our gut, but also conversation.

The extra virgin olive oil is cold-pressed and polyphenol-rich. The gigantes beans come in a delicious tomato sauce, and are full of gut-loving fibre.
