ABOUT LEFT FIELD KOMBUCHA
At Left Field Kombucha, we're a small, passionate team dedicated to crafting bold, refreshing kombucha with character. Led by our head brewer Stewart, we focus on quality, creativity, and sustainability in every batch. From hand-selected ingredients to carefully tuned fermentation, our process is fueled by curiosity and care. Based in Livingston Scotland, we’re proud to be a locally rooted company making kombucha that’s anything but ordinary, and most importantly... Made Properly.

HIGH-QUALITY TEA
We use only the finest ethically sourced tea. Growing conditions vary from each season, which is why we place a huge emphasis on tea tasting. Our dedication to the selection means a consistent tasting product, whether you have one tomorrow, or next year.
-
HOUSE CULTURE
What sets Left Field above is our unique fermentation culture. When we started in 2016, we wanted to make a kombucha that was approachable and accessible for everyone without those overbearing vinegar notes and overwhelming sourness that is often masked with sweetness and fruits.
-
NOTHING ADDED
With our 'Just tea' range, we add absolutely nothing. Which is why a huge emphasis is placed on tea selection. We cultivated the house culture to ensure a high-quality, delicious kombucha without the need to add flavourings.
